9TSEVEN, Raide, SAP, Freaks of Nature: 7K Morning Run
PFW26 Morning Run is a pre-show shakeout hosted by 9TSEVEN alongside Raide Research, SAP Good Energy and Freaks of Nature, starting from the Swedish Institute. The morning opens with a meet-and-mingle window from 06:45 to 07:15, then the group heads out at 07:15 for a 7K loop paced around 5:10–5:30/km. It stays steady, social and early enough to still make the day's first call time. Space is limited, so it is best treated like a small-group meetup.
