Stapelstein® x BLACKROLL One-hour Movement Course
This one-hour movement course uses the BLACKROLL® x Stapelstein® Set for dynamic sitting, floor-based play, rolling and stretching. Participants explore small ways to add activity to daily routines, with options suited to both adults and children. The session is more physically demanding than the brand’s other courses, so a good fitness level is recommended. It is designed for adults aged 16 and over, while children under 14 may attend with a parent or legal guardian.
