## Thursday, October 9
### Meditation with Inner Lane
**Time:** 6:30am-8:00am
**Venue:** Jones Track
Pre-race meditation session with Inner Lane.
## Friday, October 10
### Carb Load Welcome Party + Spin the Block with PYNRS
**Time:** 5:00pm-9:00pm
**Venue:** 400 N Peoria
Carb loading party and Spin the Block race with PYNRS.

**Venue:** Expat West Loop
Post-marathon party with 7OnSundays and Peace Runners.
