KU Race Weekend 5km + 10km Social Jog

Saturday morning social jog from Knees Up with a choice of distance — 5km or 10km — looping through Hackney ahead of Sunday's London Marathon. 5km group runs at a social 5:45–6:00/km pace; 10km loop goes a touch quicker at 5:30–5:45/km. On return, the Race Market is in full flow with a special food and drinks menu waiting at the shop.
