Ease into race day with us! Join RUN-N-RAVE and AG1 for a light good vibes shake-out run designed for morning people (it's okay if you're just pretending to be one 😉).
We keep the pace chill, shake the legs out, and share some pre-marathon energy together with music, movement, and community. We're teaming up with AG1 for a shake-out morning that’s equal parts sweat, stretch, and celebration. All levels welcome, nobody left behind.
Schedule:
7:00 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, sip AG1 ☕
7:15 AM – 20-min shake-out run (3.5km, all paces welcome) 🏃♀️
7:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10-min community workout 💪
8:00 AM – Expert talk + AG1 breakfast at Coco Café 🍳
8:30 AM – Beats & boogie with DJ Ben 🎶
9:00 AM – Free showers + coworking 🚿💻
