London Marathon 2026 Shakeout Run & Carb Load with runWestin
This relaxed, scenic shakeout run at The Westin London City kicks off London Marathon weekend with Charlie Watson (aka The Runner Beans) leading the way on the hotel’s first obstacle-free route. After the run, runners stick around to build a personalised carb-load box from a spread of light bites and refreshments, with time to chat through last-minute sports nutrition questions with Watson, an NHS-registered dietitian and 16-time marathoner.
