Enduraw: Performance and Data Conference

The afternoon opens at 15:30 and runs three hour-long talks, on performance testing, on nutrition from 10K to ultra-trail and on reading the training data a sports watch produces. Sessions are drop-in and the last one finishes at 19:00. A cocktail follows. Registration required.

Enduraw at UTMB Mont-Blanc

Enduraw runs its race week from its performance centre in Argentière, eight kilometres up the valley from Chamonix. Community trail runs go out on the Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, a KOM challenge runs on the Wednesday morning and a performance and data conference fills the Wednesday afternoon. Each session is booked separately.
