A final pre-race spin for London Marathon week, this Trackhouse session keeps things sharp without overcooking it: a 2 km warm-up, drills and strides, then 4 × 3 minutes at marathon pace/tempo with 90 seconds standing rest, followed by a 2 km cool-down. Arrivals start at 6:00 PM, with the run stepping off at 6:30 PM, and the vibe is equal parts taper-friendly tune-up and send-off for local marathoners. Post-run refreshments are on hand back at base.
