A low-key post-London Marathon park jam — food and a hangout first, then an outdoor calisthenics session at the Ruskin Park outdoor gym in Denmark Hill. Meet from 3pm for food and catch-up; the workout kicks off around 4pm and rolls until 6pm. Open to all runners looking to loosen up and reset after race day.
