This pre-race shakeout at Jumeirah Carlton Tower starts with check-in from 7:00–7:30 AM in the Ballroom Foyer (with a cloakroom for bag storage), followed by a guided stretch and warm-up in the ballroom. At 7:45 AM, runners head out for a scenic 5K loop through Hyde Park, then return for recovery, stretch, and mobility at Talise The Peak. The morning wraps with a complimentary post-run breakfast and Humantra hydration experience, plus access to very limited London 2026 Marathon souvenir collaboration merch.
