A focused, runner-specific breathwork experience at the MILE ZERO Recovery House, in collaboration with Ryan Willms of Mindful Endurance Program. This one-hour class explores how to navigate the mind and body during racing, using the breath to center awareness and find calm within to inspire outer performance.
