Free guided cold immersion sessions for marathon runners at the MILE ZERO Recovery House, in collaboration with Mohawk Wellness Collective. Each session pairs intentional breath guidance with structured cold exposure — designed to support muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and regulate the nervous system before race day.
