3RUN2 Chicago Marathon Weekend

3RUN2’s Chicago marathon-weekend series brings four gatherings to the city from October 8–12, 2026, including a social run at Goose Island Taproom, a Saturday shakeout and a Mile 20 race-day cheer squad with New Balance, Shokz and Propel.

The runs and cheer squad are free, while Sunday’s finale at City Hall is a ticketed, 21+ post-marathon dance party with music and giveaways.

3RUN2 lines up four gatherings across Chicago Marathon weekend with New Balance, Shokz and Propel. It opens with a Thursday night social run at the Goose Island Taproom, follows with a Saturday shakeout and sends a cheer squad to Mile 20 on race morning. The social run, shakeout and cheer squad are free. The weekend closes on Sunday night with the ninth annual Post-Marathon Dance Party at City Hall, a ticketed 21+ night with music and giveaways.
