Prepare your body for race day with a comprehensive mobility session designed to optimize your marathon performance.
The session focuses on mobility work, balance training, and core and glute activation to ensure runners feel strong and supported heading into race day. Participants will experience targeted stretches to release tightness, activation movements to engage key muscle groups, and mindful breathwork techniques to calm nerves and center focus.
Open to all runners, walkers, and movers. Marathon participation not required.
