Signs & Miles: Marathon Weekend Run by ATOM Run Club

ATOM Run Club runs an easy 5K in Central Park two days before the marathon, then turns the morning over to making cheer signs for Sunday's runners. The group meets at the Fred Lebow statue by Engineers' Gate and keeps an easy pace with nobody left behind. Cardboard and markers are provided for the sign-making. It is free and open to all levels, for runners shaking out their legs before the race and for anyone planning to cheer.
