Hurdle host Emily Abbate sits down with Nnenna Lynch for a live podcast recording at The Brooklyn Circus, celebrating the women and femme leaders of New York City's running community. Lynch is a former elite middle-distance runner, a five-time NCAA champion and the first Black woman to chair the board of New York Road Runners.
