A last pre-race sharpen-up for Boston Marathon week, this weekly speed session heads to the MIT Track for a ladder workout: 400m, 300m, 200m, 150m, and 100m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with the workout starting at 6:30 p.m., then the group regathers at The Trackhouse for post-run snacks and refreshments. The session is free and open to all runners, but it’s best suited to those who can comfortably cover 6–8 miles total, and there are no pacers.
