Sweat Testing with Precision Fuel & Hydration
Precision Fuel & Hydration set up inside the HOKA hub for the full race-week run, offering 20-minute sessions that measure how much sodium you lose when you sweat. The team talks through training, race plan, and any past cramping patterns, then builds a bespoke hydration strategy from the numbers — how much to drink, what to drink, and when, before, during, and after race day. Because sweat sodium concentration is largely genetic and stable, one test is typically all you need.
