A marathon-week special-edition progression run, hosted by SOAR and Knees Up. 12km from SOAR to Knees Up, starting at 5:00/km and dropping 10 seconds every 2km — then the final 2km is "all gas, no brakes." Meet at 06:30 for a 07:00 roll-out; bag drop at SOAR gets moved to the finish; refuel at Knees Up 08:00–09:00. Show up early and you'll catch the SOAR × LDN26 X RACE pop-up too, plus a chance at one of 20 limited-edition "Do you want to run faster" London tees.
