Bag drop opens at 06:30. **Recovery:** Cadence-powered recovery with coffee and pastries **Evening:** DJ session with drinks from 19:00-21:00 ### Saturday, November 1 - Shop. Recharge. Repeat. Full day retail experience featuring the exclusive SOAR X NY race capsule and curated performance collection. Refuel at the Cadence Hydration Bar throughout the day. ### Sunday, November 2 & Monday, November 3 - Open Doors, Recovery Miles Pop-up continues for post-marathon recovery shopping. Start marathon weekend with a 10km progression run followed by Cadence-powered recovery. ## Run Details 10km progression run starting at 07:00, beginning at 5:30/km (8:52/mi) pace and ramping every 2km (1.2mi) to finish at 3:50/km (6:10/mi).
