This 60-minute vinyasa flow specifically targets muscle groups most engaged during running, including hips, hamstrings, quads, calves, and feet. Through mindful movement and breath work, the practice restores mobility and releases tension. The session concludes with a 15-minute sound bath, using vibration and stillness to facilitate deep rest and renewal.
Open to all runners, walkers, and movers. Marathon participation not required.
