Bronx Medal Monday

Bronx Medal Monday returns for its fourth year at the Andrew Freedman Home, a historic mansion on the Grand Concourse, the day after the marathon. Medal engraving, professional portraits, massage, stretch and yoga sessions are free, along with Normatec leg recovery from Hyperice, all on a first come, first served basis. Local wellness and fitness businesses, partner raffles, DJ sets and food and drink vendors fill the afternoon. Local runners created it as an Uptown celebration, and runners, supporters, families and non-runners are all welcome.
