Endorphins Running cheers the TCS New York City Marathon at mile 21.5 in Harlem, on Fifth Avenue at West 130th Street on the runners' right. It is one of the New Balance run club cheer zones on the course. Endorphins also has a cheer zone on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg.
