Minor Planet x Notes Running: Breathwork Run + Poetry & Coffee

Minor Planet and Notes Running open Friday of Fashion Week with a come-as-you-are morning shakeout at SAFE Café, home of the Dance of Life pop-up in the Marais. The morning is tight and social: meet at 8:00, breathwork from 8:15, a 5K at 8:30, then coffee and poetry from 9:00 to 10:00. The pace is easy with all levels welcome, equal parts movement, caffeine and a little literary calm to start the day.
