Minor Planet and Notes Running open Friday of Fashion Week with a come-as-you-are morning shakeout at SAFE Café, home of the Dance of Life pop-up in the Marais. The morning is tight and social: meet at 8:00, breathwork from 8:15, a 5K at 8:30, then coffee and poetry from 9:00 to 10:00. Base is Kachette Annex on Kingsland Road, with early-morning run clubs leading into afternoon DJ sets, a guided meditation upstairs and a pre-marathon stretch session on Saturday. Free coffee from Minor Figures pours all day, and DJ sets roll from midday into the evenings — Cloud 9, Martha, Stella, Tazz Lovemore, Farhannah, Amy Elle and Its Jermaine spinning through the weekend.
