Midnight Runners Global meets Midnight Runners Tokyo Shakeout Run

Midnight Runners Tokyo hosts the “MR Global meets MR Tokyo” shakeout run for Tokyo Marathon 2026 on Friday, February 28, 2026, meeting at the Marunouchi South Exit Underground Coin Lockers in Chiyoda City. The event features a light pre-race jog around the Ginza area, followed by a post-run café social. Rally time is 8:45 a.m., with the run starting at 9:00 a.m. and coffee at 10:30 a.m. Attendance is capped at 40 participants, with visiting Midnight Runners members in town for the marathon expected. Midnight Runners New York and Samsung host a five-kilometer shakeout with an easy loop around the Reservoir at 8:30 to 10:00 per mile pace. Post-run features free coffee, beverages, pastries, branded merch giveaway, and recovery raffle prizes.
