A free morning Qigong session in the park — gentle, low-impact movement and breath work designed to loosen up without taxing the legs. Welcomes complete beginners as well as seasoned runners looking for an easy reset before race weekend.

  • No experience required; wear comfortable layers
  • Outdoor session — a light rain layer can be handy
