Run Details

10km progression run starting at 07:00, beginning at 5:30/km (8:52/mi) pace and ramping every 2km (1.2mi) to finish at 3:50/km (6:10/mi). Bag drop opens at 06:30.

Recovery

Following the run, enjoy Cadence-fuelled recovery with coffee and pastries at the Clubhouse.
