Nike's MARANOIA drops into Brick Lane for marathon weekend — a single-day programme of sprint and endurance races with four £1,000 cash prizes on the line. 140 runners are selected at random from sign-ups (confirmation by 22 April), and a set of invitation-only relay races rounds out the racing with some familiar faces. Spectators can register separately to watch from the sidelines. Off the track, Backyard Market becomes a mini marathon hub: an NSLB retail pop-up with exclusive product, Hyperice recovery stations for next-day marathoners, and Nando's plus other carb-heavy options on hand to refuel.
