Peloton Studios London turns marathon week into a full-service race-weekend hub for runners and supporters — panels, shakeouts, cheer zones and post-race celebrations spread across six days at the Covent Garden flagship.
The programme opens Thursday with "Beyond The Pavement" — an instructor-led panel with Matt Wilpers, Joslyn Thompson Rule and Hannah Frankson on cross-training, strength, recovery and the long game of running. Friday night brings a 5K shakeout with Asian Girls Run and Matt Wilpers, with post-run carb-loading and Hyperice recovery back at the studios. On Sunday, the studios open for sign-making and coffees from 9am before the crew heads to Mile 25 riverside (runners left) for a confetti-and-instructor-led cheer zone. Monday and Tuesday are for recovery: complimentary medal engraving, photo moments, and prize opportunities back at the flagship.
